A transferable guarantee

When it comes time to sell your home, your Lifetime No Leak Guarantee goes with it. Transferable one time to the next owner — a real asset when you’re on the market.
Notify us in writing
The original homeowner must notify Daniel Hood Roofing Systems in writing of the property sale.
Submit transfer request within 30 days
The new owner must submit a Transfer Request within 30 days of closing and pay the one-time Transfer Fee.
New certificate issued
A new Guarantee certificate is issued in the new owner's name. The Guarantee may only be transferred once.
What is not covered
Exclusions
This Guarantee covers workmanship and materials installed by Daniel Hood Roofing Systems. It does not cover leaks or damage resulting from:
Storm events, hail, hurricane-force winds, ice dams, flooding, or acts of God
Damage caused by other contractors, foot traffic, or modifications after installation
Neglected maintenance, including clogged gutters causing water backup
Pre-existing conditions outside the scope of the contracted installation
Structural failure or movement of the underlying building
How to make a claim
We make it simple
Contact us directly as soon as you notice a problem. Have your property address and installation date ready, and take photos or video of the leak. We’ll schedule an inspection and handle all repairs at no cost if covered.
