The most responsive was Daniel Hood roofing. The first inspection of the attic was done by (I think?) Max but he couldn’t climb the roof due to it was raining that day. However, he confirmed our guess at diagnosis that there was a plumbing ventilation pipe at the root cause. We enjoyed meeting Max and he was very helpful. We had to reschedule a visit to our roof.
The owner himself came back to complete the inspection work and we were very impressed with Mr. Daniel Hood. He showed us his video of what was going wrong and what repairs were needed and he showed us the pipe boot he would use to replace our existing ones and why it was vastly superior.
Then we were almost shocked when we were scheduled almost immediately. A crew arrived within a few days and took care of the job.
Finally, Brandon was dispatched about a week later to do a post construction inspection and evaluation. Again he showed us pictures of exactly what repairs were completed.
All during this period from the first scheduling to the final payment of the invoice our heroine was Erica. She kept us updated with all the information we needed and solved every scheduling and invoicing issue effectively. In addition she had a very sweet personality and obviously cared that everything was done to our complete satisfaction. I would say Erica went above and beyond.
Did I mention that Daniel Hood‘s price was way better than the other guys? There was no down payment required and I was not asked to pay the invoice until after the final review of the work. There was also no extra charge for using a credit card.
I would highly recommend DH roofing and I hope that you get the chance to meet Mr. Hood in person. You know, there are some people you get a good feeling about immediately. Somehow you know intuitively they are the right guy, someone you would like to be around. It's hard to quantify but I would describe Mr. Wood as with a vibrant aura and a certain spiritual radiance that I resonated with. I believe he is a man of faith. But ignore that - he is a good businessman and did what he promised. As an ancient treatise described, "Those businessmen will prosper whose business protects as their own the interests of others." I felt protected.
I will call you in a few years for a new roof ? hopefully like 10 years ?

Our gutters are in need of replacement simply because they're too small for the roof area and slope. We're already scheduled to have them replaced next week and getting excited about that now. I think we'll be the envy of the neighborhood. LOL
All in all, everything went remarkably smoothly and would recommend them. Please note, the customer should be dedicated to paying attention to all the details given about how the process works, timeline and above all- be respectful.

The rain gutters have been installed by a simple but amazing crew of two people. They were friendly and professional and did a perfectionists-type job and cleaned up the area very nicely.
