Replacing your roof is one of the biggest investments you’ll make in your home. At Daniel Hood Roofing Systems, we stand behind every roof we install. Our Lifetime No Leak Guarantee means that if your roof leaks because of our workmanship or the materials we installed, we fix it — for as long as you own your home.

Note: The Lifetime No Leak Guarantee is available as a purchased upgrade. Ask your project manager how it applies to your installation.

What we promise

If your roof develops a leak caused by our installation, Daniel Hood Roofing Systems will:

• Repair the roof at no cost to you — all labor and materials included.
• Repair interior damage caused by the covered leak, including ceilings, walls, and insulation directly affected by water intrusion.
• Respond within 2 business days of your claim and schedule repairs promptly.

No matter what it takes — materials, labor, or interior repairs — if the leak is our fault, the cost is on us.

How we compare

A transferable guarantee

When you sell your home, your Lifetime No Leak Guarantee can go with it. It is transferable one time to the next owner — a real asset when you’re on the market, because it tells a buyer the roof was installed right.

1. The original homeowner notifies Daniel Hood Roofing Systems in writing of the sale.
2. The new owner submits a Transfer Request within 30 days of closing and pays the one-time Transfer Fee.
3. A new Guarantee certificate is issued in the new owner’s name. The Guarantee may only be transferred once.

What is not covered

The Guarantee covers workmanship and materials installed by Daniel Hood Roofing Systems. It does not cover leaks or damage resulting from:

• Storm events, hail, hurricane-force winds, ice dams, flooding, or other acts of God — see roof insurance claims for storm damage
• Damage caused by other contractors, foot traffic, or modifications made after installation
• Neglected maintenance, including clogged gutters causing water backup
• Pre-existing conditions outside the scope of the contracted installation
• Structural failure or movement of the underlying building

How to make a claim

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Have your property address and installation date ready, and take photos or video of the leak and any interior damage. We’ll schedule an inspection and, if the issue is covered, handle all repairs at no cost to you.
