We’re Tennessee roofing contractors who protect what matters most. Daniel Hood Roofing Systems was founded in Knoxville by former Tennessee Volunteer defensive tackle Daniel Hood.
Meet Daniel Hood
When Daniel Hood founded Daniel Hood Roofing Systems, he had one goal: to give East Tennessee homeowners an honest, high-quality roofing service they could always trust. No upselling, no shortcuts — just quality work, integrity, and a promise to treat you like family.
Daniel was Academic All-SEC and SEC Academic Honor Roll during his time with the Volunteers, and brought the same discipline to roofing when his playing days ended.
The “You Matter” philosophy
Every project starts with a full inspection before we recommend anything. If a repair will do the job, we’ll say so. If a replacement is truly needed, we’ll walk you through your options and why. Roofing is a big investment, so we focus on your budget and your peace of mind — and you have direct access to Daniel Hood throughout the process.
Locally owned and operated
Our team lives, works, and plays right here in East Tennessee. With more than 20 employees — from our sales manager, Erica, who answers calls 7 days a week, to our expert installers — we put people first. Whether you need repairs, a replacement, or an inspection, you can count on us to get the job done right.
