What does the “You Matter” philosophy mean to you personally?: To treat everyone with respect, to listen carefully, and make sure people feel valued and heard in every interaction.
How do you contribute to building trust with customers or readers?: I (hopefully!) build trust by providing accurate information, being honest about what customers can expect, and following through on promises so they know they can rely on me.
What motivates you to do what you do every day?: I’m motivated by helping people and making life a little easier, while also trying to leave the world a bit brighter for my daughter, one small step at a time!

Are you involved in any local organizations, volunteer work, or community initiatives?: Not at this time- my (growing) family is my main focus outside of work right now.
Are there any charities or causes you’re passionate about?: I’m very grateful for the non-profit “Hand To Hold” and everything they offered my husband and I during my daughters stay in the NICU.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? (hobbies, interests, etc.): Long, uninterrupted walks through the craft store with an iced coffee are sacred to me
